Walter Carper
Founder & Principal Consultant
Walter built Cogsentia's four agents the same way he's spent his career solving problems: by getting hands-on with the actual engagement, not by writing a recommendation deck and handing it off. His background spans technology implementation, enterprise architecture, program management, and strategic consulting — across AI governance, requirements engineering, operating model design, and content strategy.
Every agent on this site exists because a real client had a real problem traditional consulting couldn't solve fast enough, cheap enough, or deep enough. Walter's approach is the same whether the challenge is governance, requirements, operations, or marketing: understand the problem well enough to build the tool, not just describe it.
