By accessing cogsentia.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Cogsentia consulting services, four live agents with full-functionality trials, and interactive COPE demonstrations of AI governance tools. You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse AI endpoints (including circumventing rate limits or submitting malicious content).
Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site—including Insights articles, AI-generated outputs, scorecards, and reviews—is for general informational and demonstration purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. Engagements for advisory services are governed by separate written agreements.
AI Capabilities Disclaimer
AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying outputs before relying on them for decisions. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or personal data you are not authorized to share.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, frameworks, and software are owned by Cogsentia or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or citations with attribution.
Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., Calendly, LinkedIn). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI capabilities may be modified, limited, or discontinued without notice, especially during preview or demo phases.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogsentia and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Cogsentia against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
