Discovery call

Tell us what you're trying to do. We'll tell you whether we can help.

Thirty minutes. No deck, no pitch. We'll listen, ask the questions that matter, and end the call with a shared view of whether there's a fit. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.

BEFORE YOU PICK A TIME

A few quick questions, so we walk in already informed.

Name and email unlock scheduling. Everything else is optional but appreciated — it goes only to us and shapes the conversation so the call gets to the substance faster.

We'll use this to coordinate the call. Nothing else.

If you're not sure how to describe it yet, leave it blank. We can figure it out on the call.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What the call actually is — and isn't.

Discovery calls at most consulting firms are sales pitches. Ours aren't. Here's what thirty minutes with us actually looks like.

What it is

  • A real conversation about your situation. Most of the call is us listening and asking questions.
  • A shared diagnosis. By the end, we'll have a working theory of where the problem actually lives — which is often not where it looks like it lives.
  • An honest read on whether we're a fit. If we are, we'll tell you what an engagement could look like. If we aren't, we'll tell you that and probably point you somewhere better.
  • Yours afterward. Notes, references, and any thinking we share on the call are yours to keep, regardless of what happens next.

What it isn't

  • A sales pitch. We don't have a deck and we don't try to close on the call.
  • A pricing conversation. We can't price an engagement we haven't scoped, and you shouldn't trust anyone who can.
  • A pitch for one of our platforms. Sometimes one fits; usually we end up combining or extending. The call is about your problem, not our portfolio.
  • A commitment. Booking the call doesn't commit you to anything — and the call itself doesn't either.

NOT READY YET?

Two other paths.

Some visitors land here knowing they want a call. Others want to think first. Both are fine — here are two lower-commitment ways to keep going.

OPTION 1

Check your AI readiness

A 12-question diagnostic that surfaces where your organization actually sits on the AI adoption curve — and what to do about it. Five minutes, no sign-up. The output is a NIST-aligned scorecard that's useful even if you never talk to us.

OPTION 2

Read what we've published

Field notes, long reads, and explainers on AI methodology, operating models, and the questions mid-market firms keep asking. The fastest way to see how we think before deciding whether to talk.
